Indigestion
Indigestion may be the result of faulty habits of eating or drinking;dietary indiscretion,either episodic or habitual.Mental tension,inadequately countered by a healthy nonchalance and proper periods of leisure and relaxation;fear and anxiety,rage and resentment;impatience and irritation;these and allied harmful emotions are potent disturbers of digestive rhythm and well being.These tensions causes indigestion in three ways.They interfere with the tone of muscle in the wall of the stomach and gut which leads to spasm or over-distention.
