Hoarseness.Aphonia.Total loss of voice in professional singers.Cough on laughing.Hectic fever at noon.Must hem and hawk on reading aloud.Great weakness of the chest;worse on the left side.

Rheumatic affection of joints,specially elbow and knee.Swelling of ankles.

Worse from touch,towards noon.Better in open air;cough at night when lying down.
